Exactly πŸ˜…πŸ’―. I get anxiety if I don't overthink on a subject. My brain is like a crazy edge case detector. Always thinking of possibly edge cases in every scenerio. The end result most times is just constant headaches

if we consider the human mind as an Energizer battery, overthinking and indecisiveness can be seen as factors that drain our mental energy. These mental processes can be exhaustive because they often involve ruminating on the same thoughts without reaching a resolution, which can prevent us from directing our energy towards more productive and fulfilling activities.

Depends on a context :) Ability to deep dive and analyse every nontrivial aspect of a problem allows for nontrivial solutions, but becomes a menace when a problem at hand can’t be solved without input from others or at all. It’s very hard to pull myself out of overthinking even when I do realise that its futile πŸ˜…And still I enjoy the process, one of my favourite ways to destress is to find a quiet spot and let my mind wander however far it wants.

Maybe you can reach better solutions with a bit of overthinking but, in general, i think it is a curse. I tend to overthink in some situations and it can create too many worries and anxiety.
